Meeting Point

Meet for the pre-trek briefing at the Varoom office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. On departure day, join the group transfer to the domestic terminal for the Kathmandu (Ramechhap) flight to Lukla; your guide will confirm exact times and the airport meeting location during the briefing.

  • Personal trekking equipment is not provided; please bring your own gear for comfort and safety on the trail.
  • Hot shower, hot water, battery charging and Wi‑Fi during trekking are not included - these Services may be available locally for a fee.
  • Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks, mineral water, laundry, telephone bills and other incidentals are excluded.
  • Tipping for the guide and porters is not included and is left to your discretion.
  • Accommodation in Kathmandu is not included in the package and must be arranged separately.

  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers due to the remote and physically demanding nature of the journey.

Summary: Incredible Treks Pvt. Ltd. Did an amazing job with helping me complete a bucket list item of climbing to Everest Basecamp. Great communication with the manager Nadin and my guide Dillip was just amazing. I can’t not recommend them enough. They handled everything from picking me up at the hotel, transfer to the local airport and meeting me on arrival. Whatever doubts I had were erased after a few days and smooth process.

Everest Base Camp trekking is one of the world’s most popular trekking destinations, offering breathtaking Himalayan views including Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Ama Dablam and Thamserku.
